How do we book?
It’s easy! To officially reserve your date, all I need is a 35% non-refundable retainer and a signed contract. Once that’s in, your spot is locked in and I’m all yours! I’ll send over an updated invoice showing your retainer and confirming your booking. The final balance is due 14 days before your big day, so you can focus on the fun stuff (like cake tasting and happy dancing) and leave the rest to me.
When should we book our wedding?
The sooner, the better! Most couples book their wedding photography about 1 year in advance to lock in the date and start the fun planning process. But don’t worry if you're not quite that far ahead—I’ll always do my best to make room for your special day. After all, your love story deserves to be captured, no matter when it starts!
What is your turnaround time?
Great things take time—but not too much time, I promise! You can typically expect your full wedding gallery within 6–8 weeks. During the busy season, it might stretch just a bit to 8–10 weeks, but don’t worry—I’ve got you! You’ll get some sneak peeks in your inbox (and on social!) within a week or two, so you won’t be left wondering how amazing you looked.
How do we recieve our photos?
Your beautiful, high-resolution images will be delivered digitally through a private online gallery, available for 6 months. You'll get a handy download link so you can easily save and back them up to your own devices or cloud storage (because memories this good deserve double protection!).
If your collection includes any extras—like photo books, prints, or a USB—I'll deliver them personally when I can, or send them your way via courier with lots of care.
Do you travel or shoot destination weddings?
Absolutely—I’m always up for an adventure! While I’m currently based in Northern Virginia, I’m more than happy to pack my bags and join you wherever your love story takes you. Whether it’s a mountaintop elopement, a beachside “I do,” or a romantic city escape, I’m in.
Travel fees (like flights, transportation, and accommodations) do apply, but just reach out and I’ll create a custom quote just for you.
