How do we book?
To secure your date, a 35% non-refundable retainer fee and signed contract is required. Unfortunately, I cannot hold or guarantee a date without the retainer fee and signed contract. An updated invoice that reflects your paid retainer and confirms your booking will be provided as soon as your retainer has been paid. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before your wedding date.
What is your turnaround time?
It all depends on the season, but 6 - 8 weeks after the wedding day is typical. During high season it could increase slightly to 8 - 10 weeks, however a few sneak peeks will always be emailed and posted to social media within a week or two.
How do we recieve our photos?
All high resolution images are delivered digitally via an online cloud delivery system (available for six (6) months) with download link. We advise our clients to download and back up the images to their own personal hard drive and/or cloud. Photo books, USB, prints and other products (if included with collection or purchased as an additional add-on) will be delivered personally when possible or via courier.
Are you willing to travel or shoot destination weddings?
Absolutely! While I currently call Frankfurt home, I LOVE to travel and am more than happy to hop on a plane if necessary to document your special day and love story! Travel fees, to include any flights, transportation and accommodation, will apply. Please contact me directly for a personalized quote.
